Landscaping – Consider meeting with a Landscape Designer to help you lay out a 1, 3, 5 and 10 year plan. Shrubs and trees will grow into spaces and planning is necessary to create short and long term curb appeal. Make sure you have sufficient allowance for this phase and be realistic about how much of the work you want to do yourself.
