Go out to plumbing showrooms and consider the quality of the fixture when selecting faucets, sinks and bath/shower systems for your home. It can be easy to be misled as a $50 faucet can look like a $200 faucet so you need to check the quality of the moving parts. Ask a lot of questions about parts, maintenance and warranty. Also, check colors and the type of finish used to make sure they match your floor and wall coverings. Finally, don’t forget about a good water treatment system. Have your water tested and install a system prior to moving in.
