The reason that most homes come with garages is that most homeowners drive cars too. This weekend, the Building Wisconsin TV series is on statewide with a new episode featuring Operating Engineers Local 139 and the Wisconsin DOT. We’ll meet up with Mark Gottlieb, Secretary of the Wisconsin DOT, along with lead engineer Ryan Luck for the Milwaukee Zoo Interchange Project. We’ll also catch up with Terry McGowan from Operating Engineers Local 139 to learn more about their role on road projects and how the members of Local 139 are doing their part in Building Wisconsin.
