I’ve been watching a new home go up on my street. Seeing how long it took to get it under cover in our winter snow and rain made me think that there has to be a better way. Fortunately there is. In open panel construction, the field-framing aspect of building a home is brought inside and done in a controlled environment then assembled on-site, putting the house under cover in a fraction of the the time.
