New Home Construction 2.0

Whether it was your own or somebody else’s, we’ve all watched a new home being built. A truck brings lumber to the site and carpenters get to work. With good luck and good weather, the framing might be done in a week. With bad weather, you get delays and possibly even mold problems. In panelized home building, the framing is done inside using quality materials in a controlled environment. Then the walls, floors and roof trusses are assembled on-site, putting the house under cover in just a couple days.
